New patient
Elective cases report
Saudi ID starts with 1. Iqama numbers and passports count as non-Saudi. Empty or wrong-length IDs show under ID to check. A patient with two doctors or two procedures counts under each one.
Add from a photo or message
Send a photo of a list or paste a WhatsApp message in any layout. The app finds each patient, you check the details, then save. Anything that needs a look goes to the Unfiltered list instead of the records.
Photo
A photo of a printed list, a whiteboard, a screen or a handwritten note. Clear, straight photos read best.
Message
Paste one message or many. Each patient needs at least a file number or an ID.
Unfiltered
Rows from Excel, photos and messages that need a look before they join the records: possible duplicates, different details, missing numbers or wrong IDs. Edit them, add them, merge them with the record they match, or remove them.
Access requests
Viewer only looks. Staff adds, updates and deletes. Admin does everything. You can change it any time.
Users
Moves activity older than 6 months to a separate archive on the server. Nothing is lost.
Deleted records
Every deleted record stays here, with who deleted it and when, until you remove it for good. Restore puts it back exactly as it was.
Import an Excel file
Nothing is added until you press Import. New patients go straight to the records. Rows with a problem (already in the records with other details, repeated, missing a number, wrong ID) go to the Unfiltered list so you can check them there. Rows already in the records unchanged are skipped.
Columns
Matched by the header names. Change any that are wrong.
Result
Data check
Finds the same patient entered more than once, and data written in different ways. Fix them right here: edit, delete, merge, or keep them separate. Every change can be undone from Activity.
Lists
One item per line. These fill the dropdowns and status buttons for everyone.
Archive
Watch the space the records use. When you decide it is time, pull the finished patients into a ready-to-present Excel file, then remove them from the system to free the space. Only the statuses you tick are touched.
